  • If you are a customer, visit GKA Sports Store for all product information and pricing. Please read product descriptions carefully before checkout.

  • If you are an authorized dealer, log in to your dealer portal for product details and pricing. You can also access product catalogs for Chaptah and Vittoria via the provided links.

How can I become an authorized GKA dealer?
  • Visit this link to register and express your interest.

  • Once we assess your details, we will create your dealer account and provide login credentials.

  • Once your account is open, you will also be give a sales rep for your state, you can communicate with them.

 What should I do if I can’t access my dealer portal?  

If you’re an authorized dealer of GKA and having trouble logging in, follow these steps before contacting us:
✅ Ensure you are on gkasports.com.au and NOT gkasportsstore.com.au.
✅ Check that Caps Lock is on/off as needed for your password.
✅ Refresh or close the browser and try again.
✅ If none of these steps work, call us at 03 9308 8000.

What’s the process for ordering as a dealer?
  1. Log into your dealer portal.

  2. Browse products by category or brand and add items to your cart.

  3. The displayed price is the authorized dealer price.

  4. Proceed to checkout and select your preferred delivery method:

  5. Australia Post (Elads) – Covers all of Australia, most cost-effective.
    -Australia Post (Express Post) – Overnight to metro postcodes.
    -Couriers Please (if available).

  6. Add any special comments if needed.

  7. We will send you an invoice – any invoice-related questions should be directed to accounts@gkasports.com.au.

How can I track my order?
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to check the status of your package.

Can I get an update on when a product will be restocked?
